Abstract

Most educators would agree that developing creativity is a good thing for students to do. In fact, creativity is featured prominently in many college mission statements. Yet for all of the talk about how important it is, we are still struggling to define and understand it. The author, a former art instructor, takes a stab at just this— exploring the connection between creativity and how students develop.
