Abstract

In my previous column (see Oct. 2018 issue), I discussed “cures” that students with learning disabilities might consider to help them cope with the demands of college. Students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder — who often find the lack of structured time, large lecture halls, and lack of daily assignments a challenge to staying on top of their work — may be particularly eager to look for a “magic bullet” to help them do well.
