Abstract
For many nonprofit leaders, 2020 was a very tough year. Not only did they see their organization's traditional revenue streams dry up, necessitating dramatic shifts in programming, but they also had to deal with their own emotional health (or lack thereof) brought on by a global pandemic that has impacted their families, friends and coworkers.
