Abstract
Foreign-body aspiration is a frequent occurrence in children, but much less common in adults. The authors present a case report of a 57 year old adult, without any neurological disease, who aspirated a snail (Helix pomatia) during a meal.Rev Port Pneumol 2008; XIV (3): 415-419
