Abstract
In this paper, we prove that any helicoidal surface with H 2 = K in Minkowski 3-space is locally a generalized umbilical surface, i.e., a surface with the shape operator having the minimal polynomial ( x − a ) 2 , where a is constant. We also give the representation formulas for these helicoidal surfaces.
