Abstract
The coexistence region of a superconducting phase and a helical ordering of localized spins is found within an isotropic model of free electrons and localized spins. Superconducting properties of this new phase are also studied. The experimental data regarding the superconducting--magnetic transition in ternary compounds are discussed.
