Abstract
Este articulo trata de acercarse a una problemática global que se da en el campo del Derecho, a la responsabilidad que tienen distintos organismos internacionales sobre el mismo asunto. En este caso específico se analiza la responsabilidad del Consejo de Seguridad en sanciones individuales que la ONU emite, esto desde la perspectiva de las sentencias Kadi I y II.
