Abstract
A method of treating heavy quarks is applied to lattice Q.C.D. for heavy quar masses ( m H ) and lattice spacing ( a) satisfying the condition m H a > 1. Explicit applications to the measurement of heavy-light meson masses, decay constants, and mixing parameters are presented. Numerical results for B mesons are obtained on a 8 2 × 16 × 24 lattice with β = 5.7.
