Abstract
Different scenarios of heavy-fermion behaviour are pointed out. They include Kondo lattices, the Zeeman effect and special forms of charge ordering. Specific examples for the three cases are discussed, i.e., CeRu2Si2, Nd2—xCexCuO4 and Yb4As3.
