Abstract
1. The heats of adsorption of carbon dioxide on mordenites decrease steadily with increasing occupancy. The heats of carbon dioxide adsorption in the case of sodium-potassium erionite are virtually invariant in a broad range of occupanies. 2. The changes found for the heats of adsorption are attributed to the differences in the crystallographic positions of the cations in the zeolites.
