Abstract

This paper presents a power check calculation, some microwave heating data, and a discussion. The power check calculation clarifies the units and thermal quantities. The heating data demonstrates the correlation between heating and molecular polarity. Finally, the discussion explains this correlation in terms of a mechanism for dielectric heating.
