Abstract

For increasing energy efficiency in the economic and social sectors, a number of important decisions have been made by the Government of Uzbekistan, aiming at adopting energy efficient and energy saving technologies, further development of renewable energy, and rational use of energy resources. The precast concrete industry is one of the largest energy consumers among other sectors of the national economy. at present, heat treatment is an integral and at the same time the longest process in the production of precast concrete. Despite some success, heat and moisture treatment has been and remains the longest technological redistribution of precast concrete production, taking 80-90% of the total time required for the manufacture of products. The article presents the results of studies of the influence of ambient temperature on the modes of heat and moisture treatment of concrete. Experimentally proved the effect of increasing the initial temperature of the concrete mixture on the modes of heat treatment of concrete in a hot climate. The method of assignment of modes of heat and moisture treatment of concrete, taking into account the temperature of the hot climate, is proposed. The proposed method allows to reduce the cost of energy resources by 20-22% for 5-6 months a year in a hot climate.
