Abstract
The results of heat capacity measurements (0.3–40 K) on the pseudoternary solid solution Pr 1− x Gd x Cu 2Si 2 (0 < × ≤ 1) are reported. The data show interesting features attributable to magnetic-ordering and spin-reorientation effects. The x dependence of the data indicates heavy-fermion-like behaviour for PrCu 2Si 2.
