Abstract

As individuals contrast in their views of higher education around the globe, universities confront numerous challenges to get and sustain credit for survival. Hence, progressing and improving the quality of education and learning has gotten to be a must to fulfil customer’s needs. The utmost point of this article is to provide guidelines for the foundation of quality enhancement strategies in Yarmouk colleges coupled with clarification of major quality criteria for accreditation. The researcher conducted many field visits with numerous interviews with key authorities and surveyed numerous log records with the webpages; utilised many distributed materials over quality assurance endeavours and made an initial evaluation of the current circumstance to examine the quality assurance and improvements. This article perceived 15 desired goals and objectives (issues/shortcomings) to the College of Medicine as guidance with confirmations; elective course of activities for development and enhancement of quality profile in Yarmouk University (YU); set up handfuls of priorities for improvements to realise the specified objectives to be executed; and furnished evaluation and monitoring criteria. YU staff are suggested to police and learn at that point declared emphatically the Western common convictions and characteristic ways of creating improving quality components. It is trusted that YU representatives will perceive the application of quality enhancement measures in this article as handy, and is severely required for their developments to achieve Yarmouk’s goals.
