Abstract

Prostate Cancer is a major Public Health problem because of its high incidence and mortality. It is feared by men due to negative stigma brought by its diagnosis and its psychological effects, which affect the perception of sexuality and their own personal image and thereby affect the quality of life. The aim of the study was to investigate the health-related quality of life and associated factors of patients receiving radiotherapy treatment for prostate cancer at the Cancer Diseases Hospital in Lusaka, Zambia.
