Abstract

Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is an inflammatory disease of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, with a high symptom burden and significant impact on health-related quality of life (HRQoL). This analysis compared baseline generic physical and mental HRQoL, and overall health status, of patients with severe CRSwNP on background mometasone furoate from the SINUS-24 (NCT02912468) study, with general population norms.
