Abstract

This was a prospective observational study that examined the associations between health insurance status and financial concerns related to accessing health care with delayed presentation to the hospital in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Participants were consecutively enrolled from the TRIUMPH study patient population from 24 urban hospitals within the United States.
