Abstract

In view of the rapid development of related technologies in the field of computer and artificial intelligence at home and abroad, the health maintenance mode of the existing flowmeter calibration device is still very lagging behind. The actual composition structure and principle of the device are studied to determine the multi-level evaluation index of the device. Using the actual operation data of the calibration pipeline, the parameter feature vector is extracted as a healthy sample. By calculating the combined weight and fuzzy membership matrix of evaluation indexes at all levels, the membership matrix of health status is solved, and the health status of equipment is classified and evaluated according to fuzzy logic. The example analysis shows that the method can reflect the real health status of the equipment to a certain extent and improve the timeliness of the health assessment of the calibration device.
