Abstract

The significant transformation of human resource (HR) management in the post- COVID-19 era reflects a paradigm shift, where organizations are increasingly turning to technology to optimize processes and maximize efficiency. This study looks at the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation into HR practices, carefully investigating their impact on recruitment processes, HR management and employee engagement. Comprehensive analysis of how AI is revolutionizing recruitment methodologies and automating routine HR tasks reveals significant changes in how organizations manage their workforce. The research also examines how technology can improve employee engagement, highlighting ways in which AI-based solutions contribute to a more interactive and personalized employment experience.
