He photoionization: β N and σ N below N = 5 and 6 thresholds

Abstract

In this paper we use the results of a K-matrix method calculation to evaluate the ionization spectrum of He between the N = 4 and 6 parent ion thresholds. Partial dipole asymmetry parameters βN below N = 6 threshold have been computed for the first time and compared to the available preliminary experimental findings by Jiang and Puttner [http://www.diss.fu-berlin.de/2006/269].
