Abstract

Not-so fictitious stories bring together real life experiences of gifted children in story form. None of the stories are completely true but most of the incidents within each story have actually occurred. Thus a not-so-fictitious story is a composite of real incidents tied together by fiction rather than a true description of the life of any one gifted child. Since not-so-fictitious stories are reality based, they can be useful for discussions or role playing for parents, teachers or students.
