Abstract

Abstract With the development of advanced information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, intelligent manufacturing system is constantly changing and progressing. Its essence is the human cyber physical system (HCPS) and its evolution. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the manufacturing mode of process industry. In view of the separation of manufacturing information and the separation of production, supply and marketing, we propose a HCPS driven intelligent network collaborative manufacturing mode for process industry and an open architecture for intelligent enterprises. In the manufacturing mode, the mechanism model of HCPS driven manufacturing system is introduced, including the functions and interfaces of human, cyber system and physical system in manufacturing system. The open architecture is divided into equipment independent control system and HCPS driven remote control system. The functions of each layer are introduced respectively, which can realize the whole process optimization control from raw material procurement to product sales, reflecting the latest connotation of HCPS. Finally, the application challenges of HCPS in process industry are analyzed.
