Abstract
Microbiology and ImmunologyVolume 58, Issue 8 p. i-i Cover ImageFree Access HCMV pp65 antigen slides were used to observe the titer of sera anti-HCMV IgG antibody by indirect fluorescent assay. Apple-green fluorescence was observed on the slides when sera anti-HCMV IgG antibodies existed, and the density of fluorescense paralled the concentration of antibodies. Reddish fluorescence was observed if the cells were uninfected by HCMV, and as the background of images.
