Abstract

Introduction: In front of an acute, violent and localized pelvic pain, the role of the clinician is to eliminate a surgical emergency. The strangulation of an intraperitoneal organ constitutes one. It is imperative to make the diagnosis of suffering ischemic ovarian or digestive and take care of it as soon as possible. It is usual to find digestive strangulations on omental flange, or to see adnexal torsions, but a fallopian tube that makes a “volvulus” on an omental bridle has not been described in the literature.
