Abstract

Kampung Sanggaria, situated in West Arso District, Keerom Regency, Papua Province, is a village that produces an abundance of cattle manure waste. Traditionally, this waste has been left untreated, posing a potential threat to environmental pollution. To address this issue, a Community Service (PKM) initiative was implemented to guide the community in utilizing cattle manure waste as organic fertilizer. The methodology employed involved socialization, training, and mentorship. The PKM initiative successfully produced packaged organic fertilizer ready for use and market distribution. As a result of this initiative, the community has gained a deeper understanding of processing cattle manure waste into organic fertilizer, which can be utilized for agricultural purposes in Kampung Sanggaria. Moreover, in the long run, this initiative is expected to contribute to the overall well-being and prosperity of the community.
