Abstract
The article highlights the theoretical substantiation of the problem of harmonious interpersonal relations through the prism of philosophy, psychology and pedagogy. It is emphasised that harmonious interpersonal relations are a complex multidimensional integral category formed by the relatively distinctive concepts of «relations» (forming the basis of the basic concept), «interpersonal relations» (a stable term that is the content centre) and «harmony» (a positive qualitative expression of interpersonal relations). On the basis of the analysis of scientific works in the field of philosophy, psychology, sociology, ethics and aesthetics, and pedagogy, the essence of the basic concepts of the study «relations», «interpersonal relations» and «harmony» is revealed. It is proved that the lexemes «relations», «relations» («interrelations»), «relations» are synonymous, but not equivalent, since they denote different stages of the dynamics of interpersonal relations, the transition to which is accompanied by different quality of feelings and emotions. It is emphasised that in order to emphasise that relations are considered in the «person-to-person» plane and that energy and spiritual exchange is envisaged between the subjects of interaction, it is advisable to use the lexeme «relations» in conjunction with the adjective «interpersonal». It is noted that «interpersonal relations» is now a stable term and appears as a projection of interpersonal interaction, where the latter is the process of performing joint activities in relation to a common material object, mediated by communication of interacting subjects, the main purpose of which is to achieve a common result. The essence of the concept of «harmony» as a philosophical category and its manifestation in interpersonal relations is revealed. The definition of the concept of «harmonious interpersonal relations» is given: the highest degree of manifestation of emotional, spiritual, moral, aesthetic in interpersonal relations, which makes it possible to establish links between individually and psychologically different people in such a way as not to eliminate these differences, but to ensure their unification, thus creating conditions for personal development and growth of all their participants.
