Abstract

Phase-contrast microtomography with imaging holographic microscope has been developed. The imaging holography optics consists of X-ray microscope with Fresnel zone plate objective and wavefront-dividing interferometer with total-reflection mirror. One half of incident beam is used to illuminate the object, and the other half is used as the reference wave. Hologram of the magnified image is generated at the image plane of microscope by the interference with reference wave. Phase-contrast tomography can be carried out, by combining holographic wave-front reconstruction with conventional computed-tomography technique. Preliminary results with test specimens are shown.
