Abstract

The “hard spin mean field theory” is used to study the phase diagrams of Ising models on triangle lattices with anti-ferromagnetic pair interactions and three site interactions. We show that the hard spin approach, so useful in studying the fully frustrated, triangle lattice, Ising antiferromagnet, again gives results far superior to standard mean field theory.
