Abstract

Goal of research: to study the appeal of the population of Transcarpathian region for specialized outpatient medical care related to depressive disorders.Materials and methods. Research materials: statistical reports according tothe form №10 (annual) "Report on the provision of psychiatric care to the population" for the period 2018-2020 of communal and private health care institutions of theTranscarpathian region. Methods of research: bibliosemantic, of structural-and-logical analysis.Results. The tendency to the decrease of the number of the population seeking outpatient and polyclinic care for depressive disorders is registered. Most of these patients are men living in rural areas. The proportion of patients whose treatment resulted in recovery or persistent remission is lower than in Ukraine as a whole.Conclusions. The results of the study indicate the need to optimize the system of outpatient medical care for depressive disorders.
