Abstract

AbstractHaptic force plays an important role in production practice. Among the five kinds of sensory information channels, haptic force is the only information carrier with two-way information transmission ability. It is an important tool for people to understand the external environment and interact with it. The research of tactile model has always been a hot topic in scientific circles. There are more or less defects in the existing haptic models. Therefore, this paper proposes the research of haptic model and representation technology based on data analysis. In this paper, data analysis is applied to the haptic model. Based on K-means clustering algorithm, a force tactile model based on data analysis is proposed. Among the common force tactile models, spring mass model and finite element model with better performance are selected for comparison and analysis. The results show that the calculation accuracy of the proposed model is as high as 0.92, which is much higher than other common models, and its other performance is also far better than other models. The research in this paper will provide some reference value for the research of haptic model and reproduction technology.KeywordsData AnalysisHaptic modelHaptic representation technologyCalculation accuracy
