Abstract
Hidden transmission securely over the public media is literally known as Steganography. A widespread dimension of work in this area of research has been recognized by different research group on steganography. In this contribution, a quantum based text steganography mechanism has been considered which can work in numeric handwriting of universal Indian regional languages. The methodology of quantum has been integrated before the algorithm of embedding and a function has been incorporate for encryption as well as decryption procedure with this determination to enrich the level of the security. Text steganography unruffled with a function designed by mathematics & quantum attitude based on the use of handwriting characters in various Indian regional languages with mapping truth table of quantum gate have been developed in this contribution.
