Abstract

An employer has no interest in unionization but, after an election loss, resigns itself to good faith bargaining. A year rolls by and the workers are growing restless. Where is the contract? What happened to those promises they had heard of before the election? A simple Google search allows one of the employees to learn that there are ways to oust a union that is no longer wanted. That employee confides in a trusted supervisor, “We don't want this union anymore, but don't understand how to get rid of it.”
