Handbook hijinks: Know how to comply with Clery Act

Abstract

In October 2020, the U.S. Department of Education rescinded the 2016 version of The Handbook for Campus Safety and Security Reporting. The so‐called Clery handbook assembled and reflected ED's interpretations and guidance concerning the sundry provisions of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.
