Abstract

The dynamics of space is considered as Hamiltonian dynamics. The general dynamic relations are derived in a synchronous coordinate system. As an example, the Hamiltonian dynamics of the Belinsky-Khalatnikov-Lifshitz anisotropic cosmological model is considered. The conditions of a smooth anisotropic exit from the point r = 0 are obtained. It is concluded that in general relativity there is the unnecessary constraint H = 0as a consequence of the principle of general covariance which follows from nowhere.
