Abstract

In a democratic state, rule of law has a role important to establish the states to serve and protect their people. The study of rule of law describes how the states exercise their power in compliance with the modern ideas of states such as avoiding the erbitrary power and maintaing the equality before the law. The concept of rule law is deeply linked to the principle of human rights, democracy and justice. The rule of law has been adopted and applied at the national and international levels. This article considers several explanations of the principles of the rule of law and human rights. Key Words: rule of law, human rights
