Abstract

We present the results of the anomalous Hall effect investigations under the hopping transport regime. The Hall effect and magnetic measurements were performed in Fe/SiO 2 nanocomposites at the insulator side of percolation transition. Unlike magnetic metals, in studied materials Hall effect is determined by non-direct electron tunneling between granules. The Hall effect dependence on the Fe content is non-monotonous and is in agreement with the Shklovskii, Dykhne theoretical predictions for the Hall effect in percolating systems.
