Abstract

The half-lives of the excited states in 77As (264 keV, 5 2 −), 97Tc (216 keV, 7 2 + and 325 keV, 5 2 +) and 192Os (206 keV, 2 +) have been measured to be 0.35±0.02, ≦ 0.15, 0.37±0.02 and 0.30±0.02 ns, respectively, using the delayed coincidence technique. The M1 retardation and E2 enhancement factors have been deduced and are compared with systematics of the neighbouring nuclei.
