Abstract

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is a viable alternative to its surgical counterpart, as TAVR is a minimal invasive catheter-based procedure without the need of open-heart chest incision. Nonetheless, the effectiveness and potential complications of transcatheter heart valve (THV) necessitated further study, particularly on the concerns of stenosis and thrombosis formations.
