Abstract

The existing database marketing system of a Tobacco Company can achieve customer care and communication, and collect customer consumption information effectively.However,with the development of the enterprise, the information data it collects is growing very rapidly, therefore,it becomes increasingly difficult to analyze the data on the basis of existing hardware and software.This paper will solve the problem of serious loads on the system caused by massive data by the way of Hadoop Cloud Computing applied in database marketing system,thus improving execution and analysis speed and effectiveness of the system, reducing the cost of system upgrade.
