Abstract

This article is dedicated to the problem of H∞ finite time state and sensor fault estimation for T-S (Takagi-Sugeno) fuzzy systems with bounded input disturbance. Using the technique of descriptor systems a states and faults are estimated simultaneously. The idea is to design in finite time a H∞ sensor fault observer by taking in consideration the H∞ disturbance attenuation effect. Based on Lyapunov functions, new sufficient conditions are formulated in terms of LMIs (Linear Matrix Inequalities). An example is proposed to shows the efficiency.
