Abstract
This paper discusses the H infinity fuzzy controller design problem for the discrete-time T–S fuzzy singular system with external disturbances using the state observer feedback technique. The stability conditions are derived via Lyapunov criteria. Through the two-step linear matrix inequality technique, a new observer-based fuzzy controller is obtained to achieve the stability and H infinity performance simultaneously.
