Abstract

This paper introduces the children’s theatre created in 1978 on the Microscope Stage under Péter Levente’s leadership and analyses the form and style of the children’s performances connected to the performance space. The ‘string of pearls’ dramaturgy developed here and refined by dramaturg Ildikó Döbrentey centred on ‘acting together’, on moderated coexistence. The subject of this paper is exploring this method.
