Recommendations include immediate humanitarian aid, hospital restoration, international support for maternity care, and targeted health programs. Urgent measures are crucial for medical necessities, women's health education, mental health support, and adherence to international laws. Long-term planning for sustainable healthcare solutions is emphasized to address persistent challenges.
