Abstract
Thank you for reading this new issue of the Surgical Pathology Clinics devoted to Gynecologic and Obstetric Pathology (and thank you for reading the always sidelined Preface section!). The authors and I framed this effort to include the latest published literature and the 2020 World Health Organization classification, and to concentrate on topics not covered in previous reviews. The end-result is a comprehensive, yet user-friendly and accessible review providing practical information and emerging concepts in gynecologic pathology, based on recent evidence and/or consensus-based information.
