Abstract

It has been reported that the infiltration of dendritic cells (DCs) significantly increased in infarcted myocardium after myocardial infarction (MI) and DCs ablation impaired angiogenesis post-MI in mice. However, the mechanism of how DCs exert effects on MI is still not completely understood.
