Abstract
Analytic properties of the linear Vlasov response function for guiding-center particle motion in low frequency flute modes are investigated for a two-temperature Maxwell-Boltzmann plasma. Algorithms are given for evaluating the family of analytic functions G m, n ( ω) along with the software implementing the methods and user documentation on MFE files.
