Abstract

A guidance and control system for a “mouse-guided aircraft” is introduced. It can fly through waypoints that are designated by clicks of a pointing device. The guidance law is calculated using a trajectory-tracking approach for landing and the pure pursuit guidance law for take-off and waypoint flying. A dynamic inversion controller generates the guidance forces. This paper describes the guidance and control system of this “mouse-click guided aircraft” and simulation results.
