Abstract
This paper concerns guaranteed cost control problem for a class of linear time-delay systems with norm-bounded time-varing parametric uncertainties. The equivalent-input-disturbance (EID) approach is used to construct an EID estimator, which estimates the influence of disturbances. A new control law is constructed that incorporates the EID estimate to ensure good control performance. A sufficient stability condition has been devised in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI), and guaranteed cost control law have been established based on the LMI. The validity of the proposed method by the simulations of a numerical example.
