Abstract

A field experiment was conducted to determine the nutrient requirement of Coleus vettiverodies, commonly known as Hrivera, is a perennial herb belonging to family Lamiaceae with different levels of NPK fertilizers. The plant height (51.03 cm) was found to be significantly higher with the application of 200:25:100kg NPK ha-1 followed by 50.86 cm with the application of 100:50:50 kg NPK ha-1 and application of 100:50:50 kg NPK ha-1 resulted in significantly higher root weight (6.54 t ha-1) and total biomass (32.75 t ha-1).
