Abstract
Crystals of the compound Al 2Ge 2O 7 were grown from the vapour phase using AlCl 3 as transport agent in the temperature range 1000-800°C. Results concerning their morphology, chemical composition, crystal symmetry and unit-cell parameters are reported.
